Inducible generator of protein scaffold with N-terminal HisTag

This part is capable of generating the whole protein scaffold containing the GBD,PDZ and SH3 domains under the control of a T7 promotor. This scaffold was used by the iGEM Team TU Darmstadt 2015 to introduce a in vitro immobilized enzyme system. The sequence coding for a His-tag is fused N-terminus, improving the purification yield. Also the production is codon optimized for growth in E. coli using part BBa_B0034.
